What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter yourself: name, email address, subject and the content of your message.
Purposes and legal basis
We process the data solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@smartchoice.mk. The processing of debtor data within our collection services is separate from this policy and is governed by agreement with the creditor.
Who else receives it
We do not sell the data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to employees of СМАРТ ЧОИС ДООЕЛ who need it in order to reply, and to the provider of hosting and form processing, acting on our instructions.
Retention periods
Messages sent through the form are kept for at most 12 months from the last correspondence, after which they are deleted. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the periods applicable to that documentation.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict and object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@smartchoice.mk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
